Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of Asobiai (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through third-party sign-in (X, Google, GitHub, etc.). You are responsible for your account.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the games, images and text you post.

You grant the operator a free license to use your content as needed to provide, improve and promote the Service (copying, distribution, creating thumbnails, etc.).

You represent that your content, including AI-generated parts, does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights.

4. Remixing

If you set your code license to “Remix OK”, other users may modify your game and post derivatives on the Service. Derivatives show a link to the original.

“View only” allows viewing but not modifying or reposting.

5. Prohibited conduct

Illegal activity; infringing others' rights; posting malware, phishing, crypto-miners or anything that harms players; tricking players into giving personal data or credentials; explicit sexual or violent content without the sensitive flag; spam, impersonation or disrupting the Service.

6. Removal and suspension

We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that violate (or likely violate) these terms, without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

Games are made by their creators. We do not guarantee their content, behavior or safety. Games run in an environment isolated from the Service itself.

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by interruption of the Service or loss of data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
